I will treat all information shared during the consultation as confidential and will not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the session without explicit written permission. - Communication Commitment
I agree to communicate my intentions clearly and promptly after receiving a proposal from THE TREE PLANTERS. Whether I choose to proceed, decline, or request further clarification, I will respond in good faith within a reasonable timeframe (no more than 7 business days), out of respect for the time and effort invested in preparing the proposal. - Accountability
I acknowledge that THE TREE PLANTERS reserves the right to refuse or terminate the consultation at any time should my conduct violate the spirit or terms of this pledge.
