Michele serves as the Administrative Manager at The Tree Planters and has held this key position for nearly 30 years. Throughout her career, Michele has become an essential member of The Tree Planters Team, with her contributions considered both vital and irreplaceable.
Although she primarily works behind the scenes, Michele’s impact is evident in every part of the company. She plays a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Michele manages schedules, oversees administrative tasks, and provides important support to staff at all levels through careful attention to detail and consistent hard work.
While Michele typically does not handle phone calls or respond directly to emails—focusing instead on broader administrative responsibilities—her presence is central to the team’s success. As MacKenzie prepares for maternity leave starting in December 2025, Michele will likely take on a more visible role during this time.
